Adam  Wallach, Director of Camping & Youth Experiences

Adam joined Camp Bay View in 2009 as the Director of Camping and is looking forward to his fourth summer. Prior to working at the YMCA, Adam worked for 10 years with one of the most successful day camp organizations in the country as the year-round camp director. In addition to his position at Camp Bay View, Adam serves as a camp consultant for the Y of the USA. Adam has a lifetime of camp experience, having spent every summer at camp since he was three years old as a camper, counselor, unit leader, and director. Adam brings a tremendous amount of leadership, enthusiasm and warmth to Camp Bay View. He spends each day during the summer ensuring that each camper is having fun and thriving, supporting staff members, and striving to exceed the expectations of Camp Bay View families. While camp amenities and activities have changed over the years, Adam ensures that the same intangible spirit that is created each summer has remained constant. Adam looks forward to having your family join him for a personal camp tour or meeting at one of our upcoming open houses.
