Thank you for choosing YMCA Camp Thunderbird and giving your child the gift of camp! Please review the information below, including the Parent Packet which is a great resource for you and will answer most of your questions. IMPORTANT: Camper Immunization Records- New York State Department of Health requires each camper to provide a copy of their immunization records to attend camp. Camper's most up to date immunization records must be received by June 1, 2014. Immunizations can be dropped off at the Monroe YMCA Welcome Center, faxed to 585-271-4265 or emailed or at the Southwest YMCA Welcome Center, faxed to 585-328-5293 or emailed
