Iddy Biddy Sports
The Eastside Y is committed to providing a fun, educational first sports experience for your child. Our Iddy Biddy Sports program introduces children ages 3-5 to the games, rules and fundamental skills of sports such as soccer, basketball and floor hockey.
In our classes and leagues, children ages 6-12 will work on individual skill development, will learn how to work as a team and will be introduced to sport specific team strategies. We will provide an environment in which our athletes learn and understand the importance of positive competition, sportsmanship and healthy lifestyle choices.
With emphasis on safety, we ask that anyone wishing to climb the wall take a 30-minute Safety Certification Class that teaches the basic safety measures of climbing. Upon successful demonstration of climbing skills and knowledge of climbing safety, climbers will then be able to climb during open climbs. Height restrictions may apply as participants must be able to safely fit into a climbing harness.
For more information, please contact Patrick Dugan at 341-4027.
