Programs at Southwest
Active Older Adults
At the Southwest Family Branch, seniors stay active, get involved, and gain a sense of belonging. Whether it’s joining a social club, taking a class or participating in special events like senior camping, the Southwest Y provides seniors with opportunities to meet people and try new things. Designed for individuals 55 years and older, SilverSneakers classes are offered as well as variety of activities and outings. For more information, please contact Roger Gilchrist at 463-3005.
