A Wellness Consultation is a great option for any level of exerciser.  Our Coaches can help those who are new to exercise develop a plan or help those who are ready for new or different goals start moving in another direction. The Y provides this service free of charge to empower you to create or further develop your personal wellness goals.  If you are interested in using the weight equipment, wellness center, participating in group exercise or even personal training, our Wellness Coaches can help to make sure you're headed in the right direction, based on your personal goals. Group Activity Classes
Our Ys offer classes for all ages, levels, and interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training, to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive, and keeps you moving.  Click here to learn more.

Healthy Lifestyles
Living healthy is about spirit, mind, and body at every age and stage. Water Activities
