Start summer off strong!

Tuesdays: 5:30-6:30pm
Saturdays: 8:45-9:45am

Join Heidi, Nancy, and Mary for this 8 week program to start the new year off right!

We’ll be running in small group settings guided by coaches offering training tips for success. Run/walk training will be outside along designated route whenever possible and in wellness center if not able to be outside.

Ages 13 and up. Both new and experienced runners welcome!
