We have a number of at-home options available for many of the classes that you enjoy here with us every day.
It’s so important to stick to your regular routine as much as possible while at home and checking into the Y is no different. We ask that you please “check in” before completing any of the workouts below. This is especially crucial for our insurance based members, be sure to check in everyday and utilize our fitness videos and tutorials!
If you have more than one Y member in your household, you can each “scan in” individually by filling out your own form with your own separate bar code each day.
Some of your favorite local YMCA instructors have been hosting live exercise classes. And cooking classes too! Find a library of all classes on our Facebook page. You can take them at any time.
We’ve put together a few exercises that you can be doing at home during this time. Whether you have equipment or not, these are simple exercises to do to keep you moving. Options are perfect for Adults and Active Older Adults.

Workouts of the Day are available FOR FREE for the duration of the shutdown. Workouts will be refreshed daily for a limited time, and include options for body weight, strength, flexibility and restoration, or small accessory workouts.
SilverSneakers® YouTube channel features health and fitness videos designed for adults 65+. Videos range from 30 second exercise instructions to 10+ minute online fitness classes.
We know many of you love taking our LES MILLS classes. You will now have access to 95+ workouts across eight categories, including Mindfulness Meditation videos, LES MILLS Training & Dance workouts, Post-Pregnancy Exercise videos, Quick HIIT Workout videos and short LM Technique videos.
A Google Classroom to provide you with free and easy access to several of CATCH’s evidence-based health, nutrition, and physical education materials. These activities require limited space and supervision, and are organized into three sections: Physical Activities, Activity Breaks and Family Health and Nutrition.
