Try It: Feeling Fit

YMCA STAFF SHARES EXPERIENCE TRYING GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES FOR THE FIRST TIME

Carly again! For the next group exercise class I’m trying for the first time, I present to you Feeling Fit. Like Aqua Fit, I’ve heard of this class and knew it was wildly popular with our retired members. So naturally I couldn’t wait to go.

I made sure to get there early enough to get a spot closer to the front. (I needed to see the instructor since I didn’t know the moves!) Thankfully, it was easy to catch on to the moves – much easier than Step-Cardio.

I really appreciated the flexibility in the class. You can make it as hard or as easy as you want. It was a lovely morning class to get my energy and endorphins up for the rest of the day. Overall, it was just a lovely class. That’s what I keep coming back to when I think about it, “lovely.”
