Join us for a mindful morning of various yoga and meditation activities! 30 minute classes of gentle flow yoga, active flow yoga, Les Mills Body Flow, intro to acro-yoga, nutrition, meditation and more!

Class Descriptions

9:30 AM Gentle Yoga with Joan

  • This relaxing program offers slow stretching and strengthening of the body to improve posture and focus the mind. The class will include instruction of proper breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques.

10 AM Body Flow with Maria

  • Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based-class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. During BODYFLOW® an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

10:30 AM Active Yoga with Joan and Heidi

  • A program designed to provide a holistic approach to exercise. Yoga poses are used to build strength, cardio-vascular endurance, and enhance flexibility. Participants relieve stress and tension, working inwards while working out.

11:15 AM Intro to Acro-Yoga with Eva

  • Acro yoga is a partner practice, incorporating yoga, acrobatics, and therapeutics. Communication, trust, strength, and balance are the foundation of this challenging and fun activity. No partner necessary to participate.

12 PM Nutrition Chat on Your Mat with a Registered Dietician
