New Teen Programming

NEW Teen Programming

As we continue to grow as a branch and community, our programming will grow.  We are excited to be offering the following new programs:

TEEN GROUP CYCLE
Mondays, 3:45-4:30 pm

Whether you are a beginner or avid cyclist, this class is for you. Each ride combines endurance, speed and hill interval training with guided focus and motivational music. Experience an inspirational journey into fitness with planned and customizable progressions on the bike.

TEEN ACTIVE YOGA
Wednesdays, 3:30-4:15 pm

This dynamic and challenging class builds strength and flexibility, sustains focus and revives your spirit. Previous yoga experience is recommended but not required.

TEEN BOOTCAMP
Thursdays, 4:15-5 pm

A rugged workout of drills, circuits and interval training including H.I.I.T. Take your fitness to the next level in this challenging, but doable class packed with power, strength, agility, and core drills to improve overall fitness.
