Body Flow™ Express

This workout combines stretches, moves, poses, and breathing via Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, with soothing music, that will help build strength and flexibility while leaving you feeling centered and calm.  30 MIN.

 

Body Pump™ Express

This is a shorter yet powerful version of the original class that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, barbell presses, lifts and curls. Great music and awesome instructors.  40 MIN.

 

CX Worx™

This class targets the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. A great core workout.  30 MIN.

 

Foam Rolling

Foam rolling gently massages away muscle soreness in trigger points and prepares the muscles for deeper stretching. A nice addition to your regular workout.  30 MIN.

 

Group Cycle 45

Each ride combines endurance, speed and hill climbing with very powerful, motivational music for a satisfying workout.  45 MIN.

 

IM=X® Pilates

In a series of exercise sequences you will develop superior core muscle power and postural endurance, which helps optimize physical performance. Benefits include joint stabilization, back strength and hip flexibility.

 

Sh’Bam™

This is a great strength and endurance workout using the straps. It is an effective total body workout driven by super fun music.  40 MIN.

 

TRX RIP Power® Workout

A fun and metabolically charged workout that will integrate ALL of your core muscles to develop rotary power. Using the RIP Trainer, this core training class will strengthen your power center to help you move better, feel better and perform better.  30 MIN.
