The 5-week Sprint Session is here. Join us for Les Mills GRIT, a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program that will train your body harder than ever before, creating an athletic and powerful physique. With Les Mills GRIT, you get:

-A quick 30-minute, yet powerful workout that gets you moving

-An intense workout to burn calories and build muscle

-An activity to improve mental strength and endurance

-A supportive team to work out with

-A highly skilled, motivating coach

-A paid program that makes you committed to showing up

 

Best of all, anyone who wants to improve their fitness level can participate, as low-impact options are available.

 

SPRINT 5-WEEK SESSION:

08/06 – 09/08, 2018 held at the Southeast YMCA

TRY GRIT FOR FREE:

FREE TRIAL CLASSES:

  • JULY 28 at 8:10am in the SE Y West Gym
  • AUGUST 4 at 8:10, held in the SE Y West Gym

*No signup required for trial class. Wear workout clothing and sneakers.*

*All experience levels welcome*

 

HOW IT WORKS:

Select one grouping below, and consider selecting a third optional class held on Friday or Saturday:

Monday and Wednesday 6:45-7:15am

Monday and Thursday 5:30-6:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday 5:15-5:45am

THIRD CLASS: Friday 6:45am or Saturday 8:10am

 

TO REGISTER/COST FOR 5-WEEK SESSION:

First-time participant: $90

Returning GRIT participant: $70

Y Staff:  $50
