WHAT IS GRIT?

Les Mills GRIT high-intensity interval training (HIIT) will train your body harder than ever before, creating an athletic and powerful physique.

Set in a team environment, with Les Mills GRIT you’ll have a great time with the people around you, be supported as you progress, and enjoy the mental and physical benefits that only high intensity interval training offers. GRIT was formulated by a world-class development team and gets delivered to you by a highly skilled, motivating coach.

Best of all, anyone who wants to improve their fitness level can participate, as many low-impact options are available.

Free trial classes w ill be held on the dates below. No registration required. Wear appropriate workout clothing and sneakers.

HOW IT WORKS:

Select one grouping below, and consider selecting a third optional class held on Friday or Saturday:

Monday and Wednesday 6:45-7:15am

Monday and Wednesday 10:30-1100am

Monday and Thursday 5:30-6:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday 5:15-5:45am

Tuesday and Thursday 6:45-7:15am

THIRD CLASS: Friday 6:45am or Saturday 8:10am

COST:

First-time participant: $160

Returning GRIT participant: $130

Non-member: $200
