Here’s how it works: You sign up and pay a flat monthly fee, then attend any or all GRIT classes offered during the month. You choose the days and times, every time, whatever works best for your schedule. We offer 8 classes weekly, so there will always be classes you can attend.
You can sign up or cancel at any time.
LOW IMPACT OPTIONS AVAILABLE – Best of all, anyone who wants to improve their fitness level can participate, as low-impact options are available.
