Youth sports classes and leagues are co-ed and available at the YMCA for 3-15 year olds. All classes will help children develop fundamental skills and incorporate teamwork through instructional play.

Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning to play or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participation in sports at the Y is focused on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives.

The benefits are far greater than just physical health. For parents seeking balance for their children, the YMCA offers multi-sport camps as well as specialized instruction and structured league play for more than 20 assorted sports, from soccer and floor hockey to karate and track and field. IDDY BIDDY SPORTS | AGES 3-5

We are committed to providing a fun, education first sports experience for your child. Our Iddy Biddy Sports program introduces children ages 3-5 to the games, rules, and fundamental skills of sports such as soccer, basketball, and floor hockey. Our program also concentrates on teaching sportsmanship, fun competition, and building positive relationships between participants.
