Athletes will participate in a variety of exercises and drills to improve performance and reach new goals. *Must be able to swim 100 yards consecutively.

CAMP FEATURES

Fundamentals of skills needed for sports specific performance training, fun pool workouts, basic development of strength using body weight exercises and basic sports conditioning.

SCHEDULE OF DAY

8:00-8:45am SPC warm-up and stretch & SPC sports specific drills

8:45-11:20am Pool Conditioning or Functional Training

Monday/Wednesday– Functional Training

Tuesday/Thursday– Pool Conditioning

Friday-Combination of Functional Training and Pool Conditioning

11:20-11:40am Lunch (please bring your own)

11:40am-12:00pm Group instruction

12:00-1:00pm Group routine (SPC workout or Group Exercise class)

1:00-1:15pm Healthy snack provided & Pick-up

Drop-off and Pick-up will take place in the SPC
