Through classroom activities, group discussion, online e-learning, and hands-on practice, you’ll learn the skills you need to work as a lifeguard and more.
LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATIONS
Our comprehensive Lifeguard Training course includes accident prevention, lifeguarding techniques, emergency systems, and rescue skills. Course will also include CPR for the professional Rescuer with AED, Emergency Oxygen Administration and First Aid.
CPR
Learn the skills necessary to perform CPR and use an AED unit. Students will be certified by the American Health and Safety Institute with successful completion of the course. A written exam is required to complete the course.
FIRST AID
Participants learn basic first aid skills for recognizing life threatening conditions and sudden illnesses and treating a variety of injuries such as burns, wounds, muscle, bone and joint injuries, and heat and cold emergencies.
