WELLNESS WEEKEND
Camp Cory’s Wellness Weekend focuses on your total health, offering yoga classes, quiet meditation, early morning canoe trips, and the beauty of a Finger Lakes sunset. Our 27 acre property provides the perfect space to relax, rejuvenate, and revive. This weekend also hosts several instructors who teach periodic classes on site. These classes may include yoga, Pilates, cardio hoop, Zumba, nutrition classes, jewelry making, essential oils, and outdoor cooking. Camp activities may include: swimming, kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddle board, zip-line, rock climbing, archery, ceramics, tie-dye, and scavenger hunts.

Program Details
Accommodations
Camp Cory offers a variety of cabin options. Camp Cory’s seasonal cabins are basic yet comfortable, sleeping 10 people each. There are 9 cabins with bathrooms and showers inside the cabins and 17 cabins that utilize bathrooms and showers that are centrally located. All of Camp Cory’s cabins have electricity and ceiling fans. Camp Cory has one Lodge that sleeps 32 people. The Lodge is fully winterized with bathrooms, showers, kitchen, gas fireplace, and meeting room. Housing requests will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. In all but the Lodge, parties of less than four may be assigned to a room with other Women’s Wellness participants.
Meals
All meals are served in Camp Cory’s beautiful dining hall during your stay. Menus are created to fit the dietary needs of all participants: vegetarian and special diet options are available as well as low-salt, low-sugar menus. Our chefs prepare healthy, home-cooked meals each day along with a full fruit/salad bar served buffet style.

Focus on Fitness
This weekend is designed to allow you to try out new or favorite active classes taught by professionals. We often offer cooking classes focused on healthy food options and meditations to focus on a healthy mind.
Rejuvenate Your Spirit
Escape your stress at camp! Use meditation, craft time and the beauty of the lake to rest your mind. You'll also return to your childhood through this experience including campfires, early morning swims, and the great outdoors.
