Please join us for a series of Nutrition Workshop & Cooking Demo to give you ideas and inspiration to help encourage healthier eating habits.
In partnership with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier, the Just Say Yes to Fruits & Vegetables program will be lead by the Nutrition Educator Samantha Hanslovan.
This series is free for our members to attend.
