CODE OF ETHICS STATEMENT

The YMCA’s reputation is dependent upon the good judgment, ethical standards and personal integrity of every individual in the YMCA. As the YMCA continues to grow, it is of paramount importance that we always conduct our day-to-day activities in an ethical and responsible manner.

With this in mind, the YMCA has engaged Lighthouse Services, Inc. to provide all YMCA employees with access to an anonymous ethics and compliance hotline for reporting possible ethics violations. The purpose of this service is to ensure that any employee wishing to submit a report can do so anonymously and without fear of retribution.

Lighthouse is NOT a 911 or Emergency Service: Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
