What’s the buzz at YMCA Camp Bay View this summer?

The YMCA of Greater Rochester strives every day to create meaningful experiences for our members. As an organization we are passionate about sharing with our members and community why there is truly no place like this place in hopes they can feel a sense of belonging, connection and support within our community.

The YMCA offers something for all — a welcoming space where members in our community can grow, learn and explore their interests while feeling fully supported, whether a member is training to compete in a sporting event or is enjoying their time with their family.

We’re more than two months into the school year, and we could not be happier.

The YMCA takes the mantra of “for all” to heart. And that goes even if you’re in our walls from as far away as 5,000 miles.   

Many kids are able to block out the world and be kids once they touch down at YMCA Camp Cory and the Y at Watson Woods.

Summer is a time for kids to kick back and have fun. However, too much of that can have a negative impact when it comes to children retaining the information they receive throughout the school year.
