BASKETBALL
Our program teaches the basic elements of Basketball in a safe and supportive environment with fun games and positive coaching. Develop and improve your shooting, dribbling and passing skills!
CLIMBING CLUB
Rock climbing is a full body strength training activity that focuses on the individual goals set by each participant. Within this program, YMCA staff will guide and develop the participants to improve strength and strategy of climbing.
FLOOR HOCKEY
Floor Hockey Clinic will focus on stick handling, shooting and passing. Kids will learn team strategy and keeping score, and this will lead to gameplay!
FOOTBALL
Kids will learn the basic elements of Football in a safe and supportive environment with fun games and positive coaching.
GOLF SIMULATOR
Located at the Schottland Family YMCA, you can book a tee time year-round! Check out our golf simulator and experience over 80 golf courses!

KARATE
Shotokan Karate combines good physical exercise with mental discipline for all experience levels. Many aspects of karate are challenging and require personal dedication.
PICKLEBALL
Learn the fundamentals of Pickleball through beginner lessons. This includes keeping score, serving and rallying. Ready for a challenge? Sign up for one of our pickleball leagues!
SOCCER
Our program teaches the basic elements of Soccer in a safe and supportive environment with fun games and positive coaching. Develop and improve your dribbling, passing and shooting skills!
SPORTS SAMPLER
This youth sports sampler will introduce your child to the rules and fundamentals of soccer, basketball and flag football.
SPLASHBALL: INTRO TO WATER POLO
Splashball is designed to introduce the sport of water polo to children ages 5+. Splashball harnesses all the fun, dynamic aspects of the game in a safe, easy-to-learn aquatic experience that will motivate kids to swim and stay fit. Splashball is also unique in aquatic sports in that it provides the team element that supports social development.
TUMBLING
Tumbling classes are available for different levels of mastery, allowing kids to build on what they already know.
VOLLEYBALL
Learn the fundamentals of volleyball in a fun, active setting! Participants will practice serving, passing, setting and hitting while building teamwork and confidence on the court.
