Below is a list to help guide you as you pack for the best summer ever at Camp Cory!
Clothing:
- T-Shirts/tanks (camp provides staff shirts for every day of the week)
- Shorts (at least two pairs of Khaki colored shorts)
- Pants
- Sweatshirts/Long-sleeved shirts
- Undergarments
- Socks
- Pajamas
- Swimsuits (one-piece. at least 2, more if you are working at the waterfront)
- Towels
Sleep Gear:
- Sleeping Bag/Sheets
- Pillow
- Warm Blanket
Toiletries:
- Toothbrush/Toothpaste
- Deodorant
- Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap (suggest environmentally safe so can be used in lake)
Shoes:
- Sneakers
- Sandals with a back strap
Additional Essentials:
- Water Bottle
- Sunscreen
- Hat (baseball, sun, bucket, etc)
- Prescription/OTC Medications (to be checked in with the Nurse or in locker)
- Sunglasses (for Waterfront and High Ropes staff only)
- Backpack
- Waterproof Watch
- Alarm Clock
- Costumes for Evening Programs (not required, but very helpful!)
Extra Suggestions:
- Bug spray
- Flashlight/headlamp
- Rain Jacket/Rain boots
- Flip Flops (for shower)
- Clip-On Fan for bedside
- Trunk or set of plastic drawers
- Clipboard
- Lighters for starting campfires
- Items for Rainy Days in Cabin – games, card games, activities, etc
- Small first aid kit (camp has plenty of these supplies, but it is nice to have own)
- Shower caddy
Items That Should Be Left at Home or in Staff Lounge Lockers:
- Cell Phones
- Things you do not want to get dirty
- Items of high monetary value (Camp Cory is not responsible for lost or stolen items)
- Electronics
- Weapons (real or fake; pocket knives are allowed for select individuals with the approval of the Camp Director)
- Pets
- Illegal substances
- Money (large quantities)
