FAMILY CAMP

Since 1963, Camp Gorham has offered an incredible family camp filled with fun for all ages!

Family Camp includes:

  • Meals starting with Sunday Dinner through the following Sunday Brunch.
  • Daily activities like horse trail rides, water skiing, and additional water and land activities for tons of uninterrupted family time!

Family Camp 2025 dates: August 17–24

WELLNESS WEEKEND

Every fall, Camp Gorham opens its gates to women 18 and older to enjoy bonding time in the Adirondacks!

  • Shared lodging in our heated cabins.
  • Delicious meals in our historic dining room.
  • Activities are a participate-at-your-own-pace style; you choose as much or as little as you’d like! Options include include boating, stand up paddle boarding, mountain biking, hiking, ropes course, archery, arts & crafts, Zumba, meditation, beading, cooking demonstrations, and so much more!

 

PACKING LIST
  • Sheets & blankets / sleeping bag
  • Pillow

  • Warm pajamas to sleep in
  • Changes of clothes
  • Closed-toe shoes (required for several activity areas)
  • Sandals
  • Toiletries (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, brush/comb, medications)
  • Water or shower shoes
  • Wash cloth & shower towel
  • Swimsuit & towel
  • Rain gear (jacket/pant or poncho)
  • Camera
  • Sunscreen and bug spray (camp has sunscreen, but only one variety)
  • Clothing for yoga or other exercise activities
  • White Shirt for Tie Dye

FRIDAY:

  • 4-5:30 pm: Check In and light hors d’oeuvres at Rec Hall
  • 6 pm: Dinner at Dining Hall
  • 7:30 pm: Campfire at Lit Pit

SATURDAY:

  • 7 am: Sunrise Yoga in Lodge Living Room
  • 7:30 am: Polar Bear Plunge at Waterfront
  • 7:45 am: Morning paddle at Waterfront
  • 8 am: Qi Gong at Basketball Court
  • 8:30 am: Breakfast in Dining Hall
  • Morning Scheduled Activities (Subject to Change):
    • 9:30 am: Offsite Hike
    • 9:30-11 am: Drop In Jewelry Making at Dining Hall
    • 9:15-10 am: Beginner Tai Chi in Lodge Living Room
    • 9:30 am: Zumba in Rec Hall
    • 10:15-11 am: Gentle Yoga in Lodge Living Room
    • 11:15 am-12:15 pm: Cooking Demo in Lodge Kitchen
  • 12:30 pm: Lunch in Dining Hall
  • Afternoon Scheduled Activities (Subject to Change):
    • 1:30 pm: Offsite Hike
    • 1:15-2:45 pm: Drop In Jewelry Making in Dining Hall
    • 2-4:30 pm: Open Waterfront Activities
    • Canoeing, Kayaking & Paddleboarding
