The Perpetual Swim Lessons model replaces the traditional eight-week session format with a recurring, continuous enrollment structure. Families register for a set day and time, and lessons continue month-to-month until a change is requested. This model removes the need to register for each session-based cycle, providing greater flexibility and consistency for members.

HOW IT WORKS

Families will register online by selecting a level, day and time. 

Once enrolled,

  • Enrollment begins immediately at the next scheduled class (for example, if you register on a Monday for a Wednesday class, your swimmer(s) will begin that Wednesday).
  • Lessons continue automatically on the same day and time until:
    • Swimmer advances to a new level
    • Family requests a new day or time
    • Family chooses to take a break
  • Monthly billing occurs automatically on the first of each month, using the card on file.

All lesson cancellations require a 10-day notice before your billing date. Please see the Front Desk or the Aquatic Department for the cancellation form.

PRICING STRUCTURE

Average monthly cost will be the following for each option:

  • Group Lessons: $35.50
    • 5:1 class ratio for Preschool
    • 6:1 class ratio for Youth
    • 8:1 class ratio for Aquatic Conditioning
  • Private Lessons: $128
    • 1:1 class ratio
  • Small Group Lessons: $146.50
    • 4:1 class ratio
EVALUATIONS & ADVANCEMENT

Parents may request an evaluation before registration. Online, you can sign up for a Swim Assessment to see where your swimmer(s) would best be placed for group lessons.

Swimmers are evaluated daily during lessons by our Deck Managers. Once your swimmer masters all required skills for their stage, they will receive their move-up ribbon for the next level.

Upon mastering required skills, swimmers receive a transfer slip to move into the next level. At the end of your lessons, the Front Desk will assist with scheduling new level placements. Your new lesson (day, time and stage) will begin the following week. 

ATTENDANCE & OTHER POLICIES

Holiday closures are balanced to ensure swimmers average four lessons per month (for example: months with five lesson days offset months with three).

If you know your swimmer will be unable to attend, please let our Aquatics Department know so we can account for their absence. We will be following our current policy for all swim lessons and will not be offering any make-up lessons at this time.
