Shotokan Karate combines good physical exercise with mental discipline for all experience levels.
LAWN OLYMPICS
It's time to master and compete in a variety of lawn games like Ladder Golf, Corn Hole, and Kan Jam!
SOCCER
Participants will learn the basic elements of Soccer in a safe and supportive environment with fun games and positive coaching.
SPORTS SAMPLER
Your child will have a chance to test their abilities and develop a passion for one or more of the sampled sports.
TRACK & FIELD
Coaches will teach proper warm-ups and stretching drills for sprints, distance running, jumping, and throwing.
TUMBLING
Tumbling classes are available for different levels of mastery, allowing kids to build on what they already know.
