The HydroMassage service provides a fully customizable experience designed to rejuvenate you before or after your workout. HydroMassage chairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
HydroMassage is available at the Eastside Family YMCA, Sands Family YMCA, Schottland Family YMCA and Westside Family YMCA.
Pay as you go at the front desk, no appointment required.
COST:
- $25 for a monthly package
- $10 for each one-time, ten-minute session
