Watson Summer Family Camp | July 31-August 2
Enjoy a fun-filled getaway where everything is taken care of with meals and activities included in your registration. Settle in for a relaxing two-night stay (with the option to extend the fun!), starting with dinner on Friday and wrapping up after a delicious Sunday brunch. Our staff-led adventures are designed for all ages and include favorites like rock climbing, archery, ax throwing, guided hikes, campfire cooking and creative arts & crafts.
Families can also explore plenty of open activities at their own pace, including:
- Scenic mountain biking trails
- An 18-hole disc golf course
- A giant 60-foot jumping pillow
- Creek play and nature exploration
- Sports like volleyball, basketball and pickleball
- An inflatable obstacle course
- Movie theater fun
- Nature playground, sandbox, turf court and more
Cost: Hotel rooms $100 per night, with other lodging types available as well. $60 per person program fee includes all meals, snacks and activities.

Camp Courage | August 6-9
Join us at Camp Courage at The Y at Watson Woods, August 6-9. If you’ve never been to Camp Courage, you will meet other burn survivors of all ages and make lifelong friendships. It’s a welcoming, fun, safe and secure place to be where you can be confident with other burn survivors like you. Camp Courage is free to attend, thanks to the generous support of The Finger Lakes Regional Burn Association and its supporters. Get ready, we have a lot of great activities planned, such as a BBQ with the Red Devils Motorcycle Club and other classic camp fun—you won't want to miss it!
Pick up & drop off will be at the Top’s Market on Upper Falls Blvd in Rochester, NY:
- Pick up: 9:15 am, August 6
- Drop off: 1 pm, August 9
We will gather there and then head over to the Hudson Street Fire House for breakfast before departing for camp. If you don’t need transportation, meet us at the Y at Watson Woods.

From classic favorites to exciting new games, you’ll have the chance to play, collaborate with board game designers, join interactive workshops and even test out games! Beyond the games, the fun continues outdoors with sports, arts and crafts, scenic nature trails and more! Whether you spend the entire event with us or drop in for a day, you’ll find endless opportunities to play, explore and make memories together.
