Wine Glass Weekend | October 3-5, 2025
Racers and their families can enjoy Wine Glass Marathon Weekend at The Y at Watson Woods. We will have a pasta dinner on Saturday night and pre-race coffee and energy snacks on Sunday Morning. Hotel rooms are available starting at $125 per night with a 2-night minimum stay. We have several different lodging options available.
Boss of the Toss | October 24, 2025
Join us for the 2nd annual Boss of the Toss fundraiser and compete in exciting games of cornhole to benefit the Y at Watson Woods! This event, held in the new event center at the Y at Watson Woods, features both "pro" and "rec" divisions. Enjoy the competition, camaraderie and community spirit as we come together to support the Y at Watson Woods. Don't miss your chance to be crowned the "Boss of the Toss" and make a difference! The cost is $55 per 2 person team.
Fall Wellness Weekend | October 24-26, 2025
Unwind and recharge during a rejuvenating weekend at The Y at Watson Woods. Enjoy a variety of wellness activities, including yoga, meditation, exercise, outdoor adventures, painting, and more. Delicious meals are included, and multiple lodging options are available. The program fee is $100 per person, and lodging can be shared. A two-night stay in our hotel room is $160.
4th Annual Fall Fest at The Y at Watson Woods | November 2, 2025

Celebrate the season with an afternoon of family fun at The Y at Watson Woods!
- When: Noon to 4 pm
- Cost: $20 per family (includes 2 adults 18+ and three children)
- Enjoy:
- Bounce pillow and inflatable obstacle course
- Hayrides, campfire popcorn, hot apple cider
- Archery, axe throwing and cornhole
- Basketball and volleyball courts, as well as a disc golf course
- Live music from The Other Side of Normal
- Dance and Improv hosted by 171 Cedar Arts Center
