You have options for parking:

• Innovation Square underground parking garage is available to YMCA members. Parking validation is available when using the Innovation Square underground parking garage. 
  There are two entrances to the Innovation Square underground garage: One is located on Chestnut Street between Broad and Court streets One is located on Court Street using the left-most entrance to the garage (the other two lanes will get you to a different garage and will be unable to validate parking for that garage).
• Free street parking, as available, can be accessed before 8 am and after 6 pm, Monday through Friday, as well as on Saturdays on streets surrounding Innovation Square. From 8 am to 6 pm payment must be made through meters. At this time, the YMCA is not reimbursing parking payments made on the street.

Parking validation is only available for those who park in the Innovation Square underground parking garage. 

• To have your parking validated, bring the ticket you receive when entering the garage with you into The YMCA at Innovation Square. Stop by the membership desk when you’re checking in or leaving and our staff will place a sticker with the validation barcode on your garage ticket.
• When you are ready to leave the parking garage after receiving the sticker from our membership staff, stop at the gate kiosk, scan your ticket barcode first, then scan the parking validation barcode and the gates will lift.
• The YMCA of Greater Rochester will only validate parking for the Innovation Square underground garage. Please be sure to follow the signage for that garage as we are unable to validate for other parking garages.
• Any member who parks in any garage other than the Innovation square underground garage will be responsible for any fees.
• The YMCA of Greater Rochester is unable to provide parking validation for lost tickets. You will need to contact security via the help button at the exit of the Innovation Square underground garage and pay the normal fee.

If using the Innovation Square underground parking garage, we recommend parking on the orange or purple levels to be closest to the elevator entrance at The YMCA at Innovation Square.  You will need to use the elevator labeled Theater Elevator with the “YMCA Wellness Center” to get into Innovation Square. Once inside, please select level C and follow the signage labeled “YMCA Wellness Center” to get you to the entrance of The YMCA at Innovation Square.

If you are utilizing public transportation, street parking or walking, you will use the entrance on E. Broad Street located in the glass enclosure outside of the Theater at Innovation Square. You will scan your YMCA Membership keytag to unlock the door and enter the vestibule. From here, you can use the stairs to go down into The YMCA at Innovation Square, or use the elevator and press L to be brought down to the lobby.
