FREE PROGRAMS FOR TODDLERS
Members with Family, Family Plus or Individual Parent Memberships can participate in Swim Lessons: Starters (Free Under 3) and Parent/Child Sports for FREE. Check our Programs Page for all available YMCA programming.
EXPERIENCE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE
The YMCA of Greater Rochester believes no one should be denied membership or program participation solely because of the inability to pay. Through our Experience Scholarship program, we believe in providing membership and program services to all.
UNLIMITED LAND AND WATER EXERCISE CLASSES
The Y has a wide variety of classes ranging in intensity for every level of fitness! We offer 500+ classes per week throughout our facilities. View all Group Exercise Classes
CHILD WATCH
Child Watch gives parents and guardians with Family, Family Plus and Individual Parent memberships the chance to have their kids be in a safe, clean space while they workout or take a class for up to 120 minutes. This benefit is for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Parents/Guardians cannot leave the building while children are signed into Child Watch care.
GET STARTED WITH WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS
Our highly trained wellness coaches will help you set attainable goal and will provide the ongoing support necessary for your success. All members receive three (3) FREE Wellness Consultations when they join.
POOLS
Indoor and outdoor pools located throughout the association. Outdoor pools are located at YMCA Camp Northpoint, YMCA Camp Arrowhead and YMCA Camp Bay View.
NATIONWIDE MEMBERSHIP
The YMCA of Greater Rochester participates in Nationwide Membership. If you are a member at another participating YMCA, you are welcome to visit any of our branch locations at no additional cost to you. Contact us if you have questions.
