After properly warming up their wrists and bodies, participants will learn the breakdown of the different parts of a handstand, drills, and exercises to strengthen their body for handstands.
The handstand instructor demonstrates how to safely enter and exit beginner handstand progressions suitable for each level. Each participant chooses a level they are comfortable with, and the instructor provides step-by-step instructions and coaching for the version each person is working on.
At the end of the workshop, attendees will receive guidance on structuring their own handstand practice!
