The YMCA of Greater Rochester is proud to work with the Canandaigua School District to provide space for their pre-kindergarten classes.
CANANDAIGUA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT UPK
This class also follows the Canandaigua City School District UPK curriculum and is instructed by a certified teacher. Focus in this class will be on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. This program provides socially and academically rich experiences for children, age 4, in preparation for kindergarten. Both gym and swim time occur weekly during class time.
Monday-Friday – 8:50 am-3 pm
*Full Day UPK is available through the Canandaigua City School District’s UPK Lottery.
*To qualify for the 4s and UPK classes, children must be 4 years old by December 1, 2022, and display complete independence with toileting skills.
