Embarking on a fitness journey can be daunting, especially for beginners. UNDERSTANDING THE IMPORTANCE OF STARTING SLOW 

As a beginner, it's vital to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity of your workouts. This strategy helps prevent injuries and ensures your body has time to adapt to the new physical demands.

SWIMMING — A FULL-BODY WORKOUT 

Swimming is an excellent full-body workout that's easy on the joints, making it ideal for beginners. Our indoor pools provide a perfect venue for this. You can start with simple laps, gradually increasing your speed and duration as your endurance improves. 

YOGA — BUILDING FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH 

Yoga is another beginner-friendly activity that we offer. It's not only a great way to increase flexibility and strength but also helps in stress management and mindfulness. Try a yoga class (or one of our other Mind/Body classes!) to start your journey. 

STRENGTH TRAINING — A SLOW AND STEADY APPROACH 

Strength training is an integral part of any fitness regime. We offer strength training equipment in our Wellness Centers and classes suited for beginners that our Wellness Coaches and Personal Trainers can guide you through. Start with lighter weights and focus on learning the correct form and technique. And remember — our staff is always ready to help. GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES — A FUN AND MOTIVATING ENVIRONMENT 

We offer a variety of Group Exercise Classes, like Zumba, Pilates, kickboxing, TRX, and cycle classes. These classes are perfect for beginners, as they provide a fun, motivating environment while also allowing you to learn from others. Friends who sweat together, stick together!
