The YMCA of Greater Rochester is continuing to expand its Reformer Pilates offerings in response to growing member interest and demand. Since it's introduction at the Schottland Family YMCA in January 2024, the program has grown from four Reformers to six, with additional Exo Chairs and class offerings creating more opportunities for members to experience the benefits of Pilates.
