The YMCA of Greater Rochester is pleased to partner once again with the University of Rochester Medicine to offer educational sessions focusing on heart health throughout the year across our Association. This year, we are focusing on Five Keys to a Healthy Heart. The session will once again be free for our members to attend. Teams from UR Medicine will also be on hand for blood pressure screenings and CPR demonstrations.
