This is a special offer to first-timers that includes a consultation and three personal training sessions. One of our certified personal trainers will provide you with an individual plan that’s on track with your wellness goals.

Core Personal Training

CORE PERSONAL TRAINING

1, 5, 10 session packages, as well as half hour and monthly options. Program includes: Initial consultation, program/workout plan design based on client's goals and needs, and certified trainers.

Specialized Personal Training

SPECIALIZED PERSONAL TRAINING

1, 5, 10 session packages, as well as half hour and monthly options. Program includes: Initial consultation, fitness assessment and profile, program/workout plan design based on client's goals and needs, certified trainers.

Buddy Training

BUDDY PERSONAL TRAINING

Get a tailored plan to stay motivated and reach your shared fitness and wellness goals. This option is best for friends with similar goals, exercise interests and fitness levels.

When purchasing or booking an appointment below for the first time you will need to create a new account. This account is separate from your YMCA Membership account, and is only used for the services below. We suggest that you use the same email and password as your YMCA Membership account.
